Application for Enrolment

Please complete and return the Application for Enrolment Form, together with copies (where applicable) of your child's birth certificate, latest school report, Basic Skills and Primary Writing Assessment or NAPLAN Test Results and a cheque for the non-refundable Application Fee to Newcastle Grammar School Enrolment Officer.

Application Fee

A non-refundable Application Fee of $150 (incl GST) is to accompany the Application for Enrolment form. Application for Enrolment forms are processed in the order of receipt.

Entry Fee

$2,000 per child for entry in 2013

During the year preceding your child's year of entry to the School, you and your son/daughter will be invited to attend an interview at the School. Following the interview and the School furnishing you with a formal offer of a place (and your accepting same), the fee is then due to be paid.

Cancellation of an enrolment by you, after the end of the third term of the year preceding the year of entry, will cause the Entry Fee to be forfeited.

Application Fee

A non-refundable Application Fee of $150 (incl GST) is to accompany the Pre-School Waiting List Application form. Waiting List Application forms are processed in the order of receipt.

Entry Fee

$500 per child for entry in 2013

If you are considering enrolling your child in Kindergarten, please note that the Application Fee also covers the Newcastle Grammar School Application Fee. Applications for Kindergarten are processed in order of receipt so it is recommended that the application be made as soon as possible to ensure a place.

You will be contacted again in March of the preceding year for an Enrolment Form requesting full details of your child/family for completion of the application and for payment of the non-refundable Entry Fee. If continuing to Newcastle Grammar School Kindergarten, this fee will be transferred to form part payment of the entry fee required in the Newcastle Grammar School Collection Notice.
