You may elect to pay by 10 monthly instalments. These instalments are due by the 15th day of each month, February through to November.

Activity, Resource and Technology Levy
The Activity, Resource and Technology Levy covers all the common charges for a particular year group such as book hire, programme book, camps, excursions etc. The Activity, Resource and Technology Levy will not, however, cover the individual Student costs such as uniform, individual music lessons, debutante ball etc.
You may elect to pay by 10 monthly instalments at the same time as the tuition fees are paid.

Remissions
Family remissions for children enrolled in Kindergarten to Year 11 at the School from the one family are as follows:

Enrolment Fee
A non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $150 (incl GST) is to accompany the
Application for Enrolment form. Application for Enrolment forms are processed
in the order of receipt.
Entry Fee
$2,000 per child for entry in 2013
During the year preceding your child's year of entry to the School, you and your
son/daughter will be invited to attend an interview at the School. Following
the interview and the School furnishing you with a formal offer of a place (and
your accepting same), the fee is then due to be paid.
Cancellation of an enrolment by you, after the end of the third term of the year
preceding the year of entry, will cause the Entry Fee to be forfeited.
Withdrawal
One full term's notice must be given in writing to the Headmaster prior to the
withdrawal of a student from the School, otherwise one full term's fees are
payable. This does not apply to Year 12 students in their last term at the
school.

Direct deposit to the School's bank account, contact the Bursar's office for details. Bpay, Cheque, Cash or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).
Please Note: Payments made by Credit Card will incur a transaction charge of 0.79% of the amount paid if via POS (Point of Sale) or 0.594% if via BPAY.
Alternative payment methods to avoid this transaction charge are BPAY (if account utilised is not a Credit Card account), Direct deposit, Cash, Cheque and or Debit Card. In the case of a Debit Visa or Mastercard please select Savings versus Credit to avoid charges being applied.

Please note that the Park Campus office is unable to accept cash
or issue receipts. However cheques, in a sealed envelope, can
be forwarded to the Bursar.
